California Privacy Notice

Effective: April 28, 2026 · Applies to California residents under CCPA/CPRA

The Honest Answer We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. There is nothing for you to opt out of in those categories — but California law gives you several other rights, listed below.

Who This Applies To

You, if you are a California resident, when you visit lucralab.com or use our products (Gleam, Rune, Speed-to-Lead).

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

From California residents who visit lucralab.com or contact us:

Identifiers — only what you give us (email, phone, name when you contact us).
Internet activity — basic technical info needed to deliver the page (your IP is exposed to Google when our pages load Google Fonts).

From California residents who become customers:

Identifiers (name, business name, email, phone)
Commercial information (services purchased, billing)
Service usage logs

We do not collect: precise geolocation, biometric information, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, sexual orientation, immigration status, genetic data, health information beyond what is needed to deliver a service, or any other "sensitive personal information" category under CPRA.

How We Use This Information

To deliver our services to you.
To bill you and respond to support requests.
To comply with legal obligations.
To improve our products in aggregated, de-identified form.

How We Share This Information

Only with service providers under contract (Twilio, Stripe, hosting providers), legal authorities when required by law, and a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Your California Rights

Right to know — what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed.
Right to delete — your personal information.
Right to correct — inaccurate information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, but you have this right anyway.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use SPI in ways that trigger this right, but you have it anyway.
Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service because you exercised a right.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Email us at the address below with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and tell us:

Which right you are exercising.
Information sufficient for us to verify your identity (name, email of record, last four digits of any account number, or similar — we'll only ask for what we need).
The address (email or mailing) you want us to respond to.

We respond within 45 days, with a one-time 45-day extension if needed (you'll be notified).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written, signed proof of authority before responding to an agent.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Children Under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of any California resident, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of California residents under 16.
