Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
LucraLab Optimization (we, us, our) is a company headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA. Our founder is James McDonald. Contact: james@lucralab.com.
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit lucralab.com or use our products: Gleam (Google review responses), Rune (AI receptionist), and Speed-to-Lead (AI voice lead callback).
3. What We Collect
When you visit lucralab.com:
- We do not collect personal information directly when you browse.
- Our pages currently load Google Fonts from Google's servers, which exposes your IP address to Google as part of that request.
- We use a single browser session-storage flag to remember if you've seen our intro animation, so it only plays once per session.
- If you click an email link or contact form, we receive whatever you choose to send us.
When you become a customer:
- Account information: your name, business name, email, phone, billing details.
- Service data: the content your AI agent processes on your behalf — calls, reviews, leads. You remain the data controller; we are your data processor.
- Usage data: logs of when and how the service is used, for billing and reliability.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the products you've signed up for.

- Legal authorities when required by valid legal process.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
6. Cookies and Tracking
